Things look different, am I still giving in the right place?
We've changed our giving platform for better security and convince. To make sure you are giving in the right place, the best way to check is if the URL starts with "www.heightschurch" if it does not, you might be giving on our old platform or somewhere that is not affiliated with Heights Church.
How do I setup and change a recurring gift?
Recurring gifts can be set up automatically for a recurring gift at a set frequency. Click here to check out all the details on how you can setup, change, or cancel a recurring gift.
How do I access my account and profile?
We automatically create a donor profile for you after you donate to Heights the first time. Click here to learn how you can log in to your donor profile to update payment methods or recurring payments, view your donation history, access tax statements, and set communication preferences.
What are the different funds for?
Different funds are similar to different bank accounts. They each serve a different purpose and your gift goes directly to support these different needs.
GENERAL: Contributes to our general ministry and operations as a church.
VISION: Funds our efforts to accomplish the vision of seeing a Heights Campus in Prescott Valley. Currently includes the "Whatever It Takes" campaign and our Global Partners in Jordan.
LOCAL: Goes directly to meeting the specific needs within our local community.
GLOBAL: Contributions go toward the support of our global partners around the world.
How do I split a gift for different funds?
To split a gift or donation between multiple funds you will have to add and allocate a specific amount to each fund. To do this select “add donation” choose your fund and then enter an additional amount you would like to give to that fund. Then at the bottom it will show you the total donation.
Can I give directly from my bank account?
Yes, absolutely! You can do this when selecting your payment method. You will need to verify your back account but once this is completely you will be good to go. Click here for detai ls on how verify and setup giving from a bank account.
I want to give from my IRA, how do I send stock or other non-cash gifts?
For any non-cash gift please contact us directly at email@example.com and someone from our team will connect with you.
How do I change my credit card and use a different card?
You can add and change your credit card directly from your profile. Navigate to your profile by clicking on your initials in the upper right-hand corner. Then select "My Giving". Next, scroll down until you see your payment methods. This is where you can add and change your payment methods.
