What times are the Sunday gatherings at?
We will be gathering in-person on Sunday’s at 8:30a, 10:30a, & 12:00p.

Do I need to wear a face covering?
A face covering is not required to gather with us. We encourage you to wear a face covering at your own discretion and at your own comfortability.

Do I need to RSVP?
No reservation is needed. Doors will open 15 minutes before service begins and seats are available on a first come first serve basis.

What happens if capacity is full and there are no more seats available?
Our seating is currently open to full capacity. If our gathering is full, we have overflow seating available in our coffee shop, or you can join us for our next in person gathering or for our online gathering.

What precautions is Heights taking?
We are taking every step of precaution, as suggested by our state government officials, to ensure that Heights Church is safe, secure, and comfortable for you and your family.

1.) Our facilities team will be ready to sanitize and clean the bathrooms and commonly touched areas in-between each service and throughout our gatherings.

2.) We are seating our gatherings at normal capacity. You may social distance at your own comfort.

Who should stay home and join our online gathering?
We encourage those that those who are high-risk to consider joining us online. If you’ve had any of the following symptoms in the last 10 days, we encourage that you join us for our online gathering:

1.) Fever over 100

2.) Cough or sore throat

3.) Shortness of breath

4.) Contact with anyone confirmed to have COVID-19 (in the past 14 days)

How many children and leaders will be in each area?
To keep in regulation with and to comply with a safe social distance, we will be limited how many children we can have in each space.

The average room will hold 8 children with 2 leaders.

Numbers may fluctuate and occupancy may be reevaluated for our larger sized classrooms.

Will face coverings be mandatory?

Children in early childhood, ages 5 years and younger, will not be asked to wear a face covering. 

All of our leaders will be wearing face coverings and children will be encouraged to wear them while outside of their classroom. Once your child has arrived and settled into their room they may remove their face coverings.

What will gatherings for kids look like?

Heights Kids will be teaching our regular curriculum. For Early Childhood and Elementary, the kids will be assigned to rooms based on age and grade.

Our 4|5 Kids Ministry will meet in H3 with social distancing.

What time should I arrive?

Parents are encouraged to arrive 20 minutes before each gathering begins to ensure that there is enough time for check-in, temperature checks, and to fill out any additional paperwork that is needed. 

What if a child starts to show signs or symptoms of being sick?

If a child is showing symptoms of being sick, they will be removed from their classroom and placed in a specially dedicated room until their parents are notified and arrive to pick them up.

Can my child bring any personal items with them like a water bottle, notebook, etc.

Children in the nursery room and who are potty training may have their normal necessities such as bottles, diaper bags, etc,. We do ask that all other children leave their personal belongings at home.

Individual water bottles are encouraged, as we are not using our communal drinking fountains at this time.

Bibles, notebooks, and a pen/pencil are encouraged.

Will snacks be provided during service?

We will feed infants their own personal bottles as needed, but there will be no food or snacks provided at this time. 

Does my child have to go into the kids service?

No, all children are welcome to still attend the gathering in H1 with their families.

Will the playground be open?

The main playground is open for personal use. However, children will NOT go to the playground during their gathering.

Will the Nursing Mother’s Room be open?

Yes, the room will be open and the service will be streamed for viewing.
