Elementary Children K-5th Grade
Welcome to Heights’ Children’s Church! We believe that God has a special call on each child's life and we are thrilled to be a part of teaching your child the truths of God's Word in a safe, friendly, and fun environment. Children’s Church includes a time of worship, skits, teaching, and activities. We think it will be the best hour of child’s week. They’ll love it!
Be assured that the safety of your child is a priority at the Heights. Some of the security measures we use include:
-A secure check-in and check-out system with computerized finger scan recognition for the guardians.
-All caregivers are background checked.
-Caregivers work in pairs and in small groups.
-Any parent or guardian is welcomed to sit in on any class at any time.
-Cleanliness of rooms, floor, crafts, etc.
-We make sure that children with food allergies do not receive food that could harm them.
Ages and Locations
Children’s Church is held at the same time as the four adult weekend services for children in kindergarten through 5th grade in H2, the Children’s Building.
-Saturday 6:00p. While you enjoy the main service, your child can also enjoy age-appropriate church in the Flight Center. Through great teaching and interactive learning centers they’ll have fun learning Biblical truths. You can pick them up at the close of the main service in H2, the Children’s Building. (Your child needs to be checked in prior to the service.)
-Sunday 8:00a. Begin church together as a family in the main auditorium. They are then dismissed, meet their teachers in the lobby, and walk together to their classroom in the Flight Center. You can pick them up at the close of the main service in Room 201 in H2, the Children’s Building. (Your child needs to be checked in prior to the service.)
-Sunday 9:30 and 11:15a. While you enjoy the main service, your child can also enjoy age-appropriate church in the Flight Center. They’ll enjoy their own worship, drama, and story time. You can pick them up at the close of the main service in H2, the Children’s Building. (Your child needs to be checked in prior to the service.)
-Wednesday 6:30-8:00p. Heights’ Flight School for ages 4 through 5th grade. This is a great time of singing, games, Bible stories and so much more! (Flight School runs during the school year and follows the Prescott Unified School District calendar. If school is not held, then neither is Flight School.)
New to the Heights?
Save a little time before your next visit by completing the Heights’ Air Pre-Flight Security Form and bringing it with you to any service or mailing it to the church office. If you bring it with you, try to arrive 20 minutes early to allow ample time for the check-in process.

Baptism for Kids!
If your child would like to be baptized, we offer a “Baptism for Kids” class every few months. Contact the church for more information.
